I’ve been waiting on you to stop by. Welcome to Girls Advancing with Purpose (GAP). My name is Syreeta, and I am the founder of GAP and creator of GirlGab.

I am a mother of four and a caring mentor to many young girls in Cleveland, Ohio. My entire life I have been a trusted and well-resourced person. When I created Fr3e Ministries in 2013, rebranded as GAP in 2022, it was for me to create a greater opportunity for engagement and impact through my programs. I understand the need for mentorship and programming. Over the years I’ve partnered with several organizations included but not limited to: Damascus Road Ministries Corp, Counseling for the Culture, Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance, Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, and Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) to name a few. I’ve engaged over 100 unduplicated young girls/women. I have hosted over 15 programs and I believe in holistic programming that will create spaces of comfort for young women. I am also a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (case manager), engaging weekly with clients to provide linkage to community resources, improve personal and social functioning, learn daily living skills and develop coping mechanisms to handle stress and anxiety.
